Data Deletion Instructions – LetMeChat

    This page describes how users can request the deletion of their account and data on LetMeChat, in compliance with Meta's policies and Brazilian law.

    1. Account deletion directly from the dashboard

    If you still have access to your LetMeChat account, we recommend deleting your data directly from the dashboard by following the steps below:

    1. 1.Go to the dashboard at https://app.letmechat.app.
    2. 2.Log in with the same account you use to access LetMeChat (e.g., via Facebook, Google, GitHub or email).
    3. 3.In the dashboard menu, go to the "My Account" section.
    4. 4.Scroll down until you find the "Danger Zone" section.
    5. 5.Click the "Delete My Account" button.
    6. 6.Read the permanent deletion warning carefully.
    7. 7.Type exactly DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the confirmation field.
    8. 8.Click "Confirm Deletion".

    After confirmation, the system will run the deletion process and you will be logged out.

    2. Which data is deleted?

    When you confirm account deletion, LetMeChat starts a removal process that broadly covers:

    • —Your user profile and access credentials;
    • —All workspaces linked to your account;
    • —All conversations and messages stored on the platform;
    • —Chatbot, flow and integration settings;
    • —Subscription data and linked payment methods;
    • —Usage history linked to your identifier.

    Note: minimally necessary technical records (such as anonymized or aggregated logs for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance) may be kept for a limited period without directly identifying the user.

    3. If you no longer have access to your account

    If you can no longer access your LetMeChat account, you can request data deletion via email:

    • —Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Data Deletion – LetMeChat".
    • —Provide the email used during registration and, if possible, any other data to help identify you (e.g., registered phone number, workspace name, company, etc.).

    After verifying your identity, our team will carry out the deletion procedure following the same scope described on this page.
