LetMeChat is a conversational service and sales platform — official WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat in a single inbox — with one deliberate choice: our team designs, trains and maintains the AI and flows for each client. We exist for the small business that needs AI-powered service but has no time or team to build bots.
Why the on-demand model exists
Chatbot tools start from an assumption: that the business owner will learn to build flows, write the AI's answers and keep everything up to date. In reality, businesses that live on conversations — gyms, travel agencies, clinics, barbershops — don't have that time, and a poorly built bot becomes a lost customer. LetMeChat was created to flip that assumption: instead of delivering the tool, we deliver the working service. You explain your business once; designing, training and maintaining it is our job. LetMeChat was founded in 2025 by engineer Leonardo Nepomuceno. It started with a repeated observation: companies slow to reply on WhatsApp, unmotivated agents, huge no-show rates in service — and the business's conversations scattered across several different phone numbers. We set out to build a system that helps companies serve customers better across every channel, centralizing knowledge and team in one place. Today, LetMeChat is run by a small team involved in every client's service — the same people who design the flows answer our business WhatsApp.
