The WhatsApp–HubSpot integration lets the conversation feed your CRM with no manual typing: when a lead arrives via chat, the contact is created or updated in HubSpot, and deal progress becomes a pipeline stage. Your sales team opens the CRM and finds what happened on WhatsApp — name, interest, stage.
Salesforce
